On the upper level of this beach-style home is the main living space featuring a seating area with two sofas, a chair, and vibrant beach decor. The newly updated kitchen has a ravishing backsplash, granite countertops, essential appliances, and cookware for preparing delicious meals. Converse with guests over a nice meal at the dining room table and open the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony to let in the Gulf breeze or delight in a freshly grilled dinner at the tiki hut table in the backyard.

Off the kitchen is the primary bedroom boasting relaxation with a plush bed, dresser, balcony access, and a TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin beds, a tv, and balcony access. The main bathroom has a vanity, storage space for vacation essentials and a shower and tub combination. A bonus room downstairs has a daybed with a trundle and there is a utility room with an extra fridge and a washer and dryer available for guest use.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
