Welcome to Flip Flops and Fish Tales, an inviting vacation home with a private pool and multiple balconies with beautiful views half a mile from Palmetto Ave Beach! This rental has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and is pet friendly!

Upon walking in, you are welcomed into the living area that has views of the tropically landscaped backyard, a tv, and a lovely seating. The fully equipped kitchen has island seating and opens into the dining area, where you and your guests can delight in homemade meals. The poolside dining area is perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze and freshly caught seafood on the grill. Additionally, there are two expansive balconies where your friends and family can enjoy sunsets and your favorite drinks.

The primary bedroom is designed with coastal décor and comfort in mind, and has an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like tub. With coral touches and stunning wood floors, the second bedroom features a queen bed and private access to a balcony with beautiful views and inviting seating. The third bedroom is ideal for young or single travelers and has a tv for late-night entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a half bathroom, washer, and dryer to keep the vacation attire fresh.

Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a roman tub. -Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed, private balcony, and shares the hallway bathroom. -Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two sets of twin bunk beds shares the hallway bathroom

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
