I enjoy playing tennis and swimming. I play sanctioned USTA tournaments at home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Superb landlord, great location
"Conrad has a very nice home: huge master bedroom/bathroom with large walk-in closets, garage space if you need it, a grill, and even a bike to use. He's very nice, and easy to communicate with via phone calls. Check-in process was not very smooth due to the HOA, but once that was all settled then getting into the gated community is slick. Pool is just a skip away. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I used this unit for the month of July 2017. The unit was clean and very nicely furnished, and glory be, Two big pots (among others) to cook in. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries and you are set for a wonderful time. Didn't use the pool, but, it looked inviting. Garage parking was great, as it rained a lot. I am an older person and I was a little daunted by having to use the stairs; now they don't bother me, at all. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, especially the master (it has 2 walkin closets, big ones). I have a son who lives in San Carlos, but he and his new wife have 5 children (whom I love dearly), so this as the peace and quiet I needed at the end of a day. There are 2 TV's, one of which is upstairs in the master bedroom. I really enjoyed my time in Unit 104 and look forward to going back. Thanks Connie, you were a gracious absentee host, you left all the fun to me! "
