"If you're looking for a place to stay on manasota key this is the perfect spot!!! Frank was very attentive and quick to answer any and all questions we had. my family of 6 stayed here and everything was perfect. we were within walking distance from all restaurants and just a short walk from the beach! the views from the balcony into the bay were simply amazing. not only could you see the sun rise in the morning we also saw many dolphins playing in the bay."

"Very nice location within walking to all area restaurants, or you can use a shuttle. Perfect view of the bay, seeing all the wildlife in action. Please note there are stairs for those that have issues, may be an issue. Frank has everything needed in the kitchen, perfect if you cook during your stay. Very clean...and no scents in linen, which is wonderful for those of us that cannot tolerate fabric scents. Plenty of towels and linen. Pool was heated and clean!"
