The best house we've stayed in

This home is a unicorn
"This was our 2nd year staying in AMI. This home is a unicorn. Nestled between the bustle of Pine avenue and the sereneness of the canal where we saw manatees almost daily. This house is well accommodating for the chef in your family. Nicole is the bomb! Answered any questions within minutes. Truly a wonderful time spent in my favorite place. "

this was by far our best experience
"We had the best time here! The house was super clean, and stocked with everything you'd need even random things (detergent, cleaning supplies, water machine for refillable cups, wireless speaker, etc.) The beds and bedding were super nice and comfortable, even had to look at the tags so I can buy the same sheets. The decor was so fun and interesting. We spent so much time in the pool and on the swings and searching for manatees (were told it was a little early for them to be in the canal). Walked to bean point every morning and night for sunset/sunrise or to the rod and reel pier and the little shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Such a beautiful place! We've only used air b n b a few times but this was by far our best experience."

"Nicole's place worked out perfect for our family of 6. We loved the pool & hottub especially. Very accommodating and Nicole was very responsive to any of our questions we had while there. Highly recommend this place!"

everything you need to be right at home
"This place was fantastic for our family spring break vacation! It's located on a quiet residential street, but walkable or short golf cart ride to the main strip on Pine Ave. or to the beautiful Bean Point Beach. Nicole's place has everything you need to be right at home. My girls loved the pool and hot tub with all the toys you need including floats and goggles. The kitchen is well stocked to make family meals and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, Nicole makes it super easy for a beach day. All the sand toys you need, beach chairs and umbrellas and most important beach cart. Perfect vacation! We would rent again for sure!"

"Our stay was awesome! We loved the house and the many things to do around the area. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub in the evening to relax and just spend time as a family laughing and talking about our day. The house was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Nicole was so nice and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. We loved being close to the beach and the best part about that is the garage was equipped with a wagon, chairs, sand toys for our daughters, a cooler, and oh so MUCH more. Everything was so perfect. We loved everything about the island, the house, the beaches, the food, the weather, and the shopping . 5 out of 5 for sure. Definitely would recommend. Thanks again Nicole!"

"5 STARS!! We've stayed in AMI before and this was our favorite house so far! House was in a great location, super clean, and fully stocked with all the items you want on a vacation. Also the pool/hot tub area was awesome! Nicole was a great host and very responsive! Can't wait to rebook "

meticulously clean home
"We had a most relaxing stay in a meticulously clean hone. The canal deck offered a peaceful place for coffee and happy hour and reading. The pool and hot tub were much appreciated. This home is great for kids as there is a lot of space for them to be active with all the extra activities and games provided by the hosts I loved all the fun artwork that made us smile."

Location is excellent
"The home is well maintained, has comfortable beds and furniture, good showers, lots of basic amenities that make your arrival and stay easier - paper goods, food storage, spices, cooking oil, cooking equipment, plenty of towels, beach stuff, games, etc.. Ground floor lounge space is a great hangout for teenagers. Location is excellent with close proximity to main area of Pine Street with restaurants and shops and surrounding blocks, as well as beaches and pier. Neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. Pool and spa are new and heated. Dock off the backyard is on a canal system with access to open water if you want to kayak. Nicole is responsive and helpful. You can tell that she puts thought and care into the property.
Overall the property is excellent and would stay again."

"This was by far the nicest air bnb that myself and my family have stayed at. The house had great amenities. The beds were comfortable, which is a huge plus. The hot tub/ spa was lovely after a long day and my husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. The location was great, close to both the beach and shopping/ dining. Will most definitely stay here again in the future"

"Very clean and excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants Nd shops or you can take the free trolley to venture out further. Awesome pool and hot tub. Includes everything you need for beach activities. Bed was also amazing. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Bean Point to see the clear water and white powder sand beach. Would definitely stay there again."

"Nicole's home was fantastic. The location was excellent, the house was super clean and equipped, and the pool & hot tub were delightful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including supplies for the beach. Easy walk to Bean Point and Pine Street. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and this is one of the best. We hope to return on the future."

extremely clean and well stocked
"Nicole's place was fantastic for our family vacation to anna maria! It was just a couple streets away from downtown and walking distance to the beach.
The house was extremely clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed or could've thought of for the week. It was perfect for our toddler, which had a travel crib and high chair, as well as a bunch of beach toys for him. Nicole was very helpful and responsive with any questions we has throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again when back in anna maria!"

Super clean, cozy and spacious
"My family and I greatly enjoyed staying in Nicole's home. Super clean, cozy and spacious. Great attention to detail in this house, from the cool decor to the numerous amenities provided - well-stocked kitchen, toiletries (thank you for the baby wipes for my toddler!), beach tent (we forgot ours), you name it. Awesome pool with outdoor shower. A block from a public beach and super short drive to other attractions. Thank you for allowing us to spend some needed R&R in your beautiful space!"

perfect for our family getaway!
"Nicole's home was perfect for our family getaway! It had everything we could have needed. The location was perfect for morning walks on Pine Street or to the Pier. Pool was fantastic and having the heater option was a bonus! Beach was walkable for sure but we opted to golf cart with our young boys and parking was no issue for us! House was super clean and beds comfortable. The game room downstairs was a great surprise. I now will be buying Battle Put! :)Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!"

"This was my families first trip to Anna Maria Island. I don't think it would've been as great if we did not stay at this home. It was exactly as described if not better. The inside was spotless but we didn't spend much time inside due to how amazing the backyard was. The pool was crystal clear every day, hot tub worked perfect and the canal in the back was unbelievable. (First day a manatee swam up to the dock to give us a show)
The location was also perfect. Easy walk to an unreal beach and also a short walk to local coffee shops, bicycle/golf cart rentals and multiple great little shops.
Couldn't recommend this space enough!"

The location is perfect.
"We had a great time at Nicole's property! The location is perfect. Near the very northern tip of Anna Maria Island and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach on both sides. We rented bikes from a local bike shop for the whole week and used them constantly. It was a great way to see the Island. The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of chairs and floats for the pool and some nice shade in the afternoon. The grill was easy to use. The house was very clean and had more amenities then I expected (washer/dryer with laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner for the showers, hand soap/dish detergent, etc.) I have rented several homes before and a lot of times they don't provide all of those little things. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding seemed new. They have tons of bath and beach towels which is very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, so you can cook if you would like. Family room has a big TV with comortable sofas. Great place!"

The outdoor areas were very relaxing (the dock, the porch swings, and the pool). Nicole was very responsive and proactive with communication.
The house was located within biking distance to everything and was situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
The space provided us a comfortable sanctuary at the beginning and end of our days and made our time at AMI even better.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back."

"We absolutely loved our time at Manatee Sanctuary. Nicole thought of everything when it comes to what a family would need/want when renting a vacation home, from beach gear and fishing poles to a fully outfitted kitchen - anything you need or want is on-hand. The home is tastefully appointed and outdoor space/pool is perfect for relaxing. Not to mention, the location is absolutely fantastic. We are sure to return. Thank you again for a wonderful week!"

We loved everything about our stay.
"We loved everything about our stay. The home is beautiful and had every amenity you could want. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Coffee pods for the kuerig were an unexpected and much appreciated addition! Beaches and restraunts are only a few blocks away. The location is beautiful and peaceful.
Sitting on the dock was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy our vacation. We definitely plan to stay here again!

"Perfect Anna Maria Island setting. Our family absolutely loved our stay...even the moody 12yo. First of all, the house is adorable with lovely artistic touches while still being really thoughtfully/functionally designed. Cooks kitchen!! Beds were super comfy for everyone, even the grandparents, and the blackout curtains were well appreciated. Location was great too. Kayaking from the lagoon was lovely and the pool/hot tub didn't go a day without use. Plus the outdoor shower also has hot water."

"Words can't capture every amazing detail that Nicole thought of with this beautiful, inviting, extremely clean and, overall, fantastic property! She thought of EVERY detail, which made our stay seamless. The house is exactly as advertised and more! The pool is stunning, easy walk to the beach, exceptionally clean, plenty of kitchen items to use and lovely design. You will not be disappointed! So grateful for our experience and would definitely book again! I highly recommend booking!"

"We had a great experience at this beach house! We could tell the owner put a lot of thought into making sure the house had everything we needed, from beach toys to a fully stocked kitchen. The flow of the house was a perfect fit for our family! The pool and hot tub was a game changer for our vacation and we spent a lot of time out there between beach and town outings. The location was great within walking distance to the beach and bay. Nicole, the owner, were incredibly kind and took great care of us! We would happily recommend this beach house to anyone!"

"One of the best vacations ever! This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and staying at Nicole's house made it forever memorable. The pool is amazing! My family fished and kayaked off the back canal. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and linens. We will definitely be back again.
