Minutes from the Loop's restuarants, movies and abundant shopping and 15 mins from Buena Vista's ample Entertainment there is much to do and see and places to visit. We are Close to Highway 192 and approximately 20 mins from the Disney theme parks. Orlando International Airport is 18 miles away and an easy drive or Uber ride.

The bedroom is equipped with a large and sturdy, luxurious King Bed with matching nightstands and ambient night lamps on either end. There is a generous walk-in closet with ample storage. A full-length mirror hangs on the wall of the adjoining Bathroom. The window opens up to the sunny outdoors and lush greenery while affording privacy.
LIVING ROOM
The living room features a queen sofa bed. The smaller sofa chair also opens up to a twin bed. A 55-inch TV with Roku is set up for guests to log in to their personal NetFlix, Prime and other streaming accounts.
OFFICE
A dedicated workspace is housed in a separate tiny office with a door for privacy. Here you will find a desk, chair and shelves for those wishing to work remotely or for business travelers.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well stocked with quality non-stick and stainless steel pots and pans and gadgets like an Electric Kettle, waffle maker, keurig coffee pot, instant fryer, pasta pot and more. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the petit dining counter in this area. Basic condiments are stocked. Publix Supermarket is about 2 miles away at the Columbia Promenade.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Privacy films on the windows keep out prying eyes while allowing you to enjoy the outside views from this lovely ground level apartment. There are No stairs to climb which provides easy access to the home. A delightful little patio is available to spend lazy evenings outside.

24/7 Security patrols the community. Please ensure that your car is pulled in to face the sidewalk and your Visitor Pass is prominently displayed under your windshield mirror.
Although this home can accomodate up to 4 guests, it is best suited for a couple. The queen sofa bed in the living room that opens to a queen bed, does not match the comfort of the king bed in the bedroom.

Your Amenities Pass is required to access the Gym, swimming pools, sauna, laundry and other secure areas. Pool Hours are 8-6pm and the Fitness center is open from 8-10pm
This is not a class A neighborhood with the very high prices that Disney resorts and the 5-Star hotels command. It is however, a clean, secure and well-maintained community, very centrally located to everything and with that comfort and feeling of "Home". The ability to cook in the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of how close you are to shopping for groceries and essentials is priceless when considering the inconvenience and high price of eating out. This adds up very fast.
