• The elevator is not a toy and is ONLY for those who need it or to bring items up and down. Children are not to use it without an adult
• The Sonos move speakers are not to be brought outside of the home. Please keep them in the bedrooms when not listening. They are NOT waterproof and should never be left outside. 
• Use of all recreational water items are used at the guests' risk. Please be familiar with the winds, currents and changes in weather prior to heading out onto the water and never take them out without PFDs
• The smart toilets are automated, please do not force the lids up or down. 

The home has a maximum of eight (8) adults, 21+ yr olds, and six (6) children under age 21 are allowed during a one week stay. At no point can the home be occupied more than the maximum. GYPSY WIND abides by all night sky and turtle friendly guidelines for evening lights and removal of any beach equipment each evening.The pool and spa heat are controlled by the owners, any request for a change in temperature must be requested with the property manager.The home is outfitted with luxury items for the kitchen, dining area, and pool. • Use of Golf Carts are a privilege for our guests, failure to follow usage guidelines may cause forfeiture of us of the golf carts and no replacement transportation will be provided should an infraction occur.
• If guests will be using our boat or bringing one of their own, the use of the Safety Harbor dock is conditional on meeting specific criteria. Pre clearance of any vessel and docking at Safety Harbor must be done at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
• The home is outfitted with state of the art technology to control the environment, lighting, and systems maintenance. The system is critical to maintaining the safety and comfort of the home and if any disruption occurs it is vital that guests communicate any issue as soon as possible with the home's property manager or owner.
