The Villa is ideal for boaters and fishermen! We are just a half mile from the Sunrise boat ramp and park at Lemon Bay. Our large driveway will accommodate multiple cars and your boat trailers. There are multiple other public boat ramp facilities 4 minutes north and south of the property.

We accommodate pets (please inquire to get your pet(s) approved). We charge a pet fee (per pet, per stay). Please note the yard is shared with our other rental property Englewood Cottage and is mostly fenced in but there are some openings close to the Villa. The Villa features a brand new kitchen, bathroom, windows, floor and central air conditioning. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. It is located in quiet neighborhood with large fenced in yard. The Living Room and Family Room have 43" smart TVs. Free WIFI and cable TV.

We have a Greco Pack n Play and Booster Seat for your young children. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans are located in the living area and each of the three bedrooms.
