About Owner

The owners and managers of the property live on the second floor. We are here and happy to help with anything that might arise. There is outside video monitoring for security on the ground level and the 2nd floor. There are no cameras in the fenced pool area, on the 3rd floor, or looking into any structure.

This property is our full-time home, our labor of love, and still undergoing improvements. Please note that there are building and construction materials on site and visible. We do our best to keep all the areas organized and clean. If there are any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Manager and licensee Roger Johnson (605) 673-7846 Rental License: VRA-24-14 Rental Rules and Restrictions BY FLORIDA STATE LAW  The maximum occupancy is 10 people.  Parking is behind the building, accommodating up to 3 vehicles and a boat trailer.  There is no parking on the street or any other location than the back of the house.  Trash is to be placed in the receptacles marked 575 at the front of the building on the northernmost point.  Trash is collected on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Trash receptacles need to be placed on the side of the road no earlier than 6 pm the night before collection. The receptacles need to be returned to their storage location THAT SAME DAY. Cancellation Policy

18. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read the entire cancellation policy. There is a cancellation policy for the low season and high season. There is no refund during HIGH SEASON or HOLIDY SEASON. Once your money arrives and is deposited, it is non-refundable. Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 65 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
