To complete your Island experience there are beach essentials in the conveniently located storage unit near your parking place. It is stocked with beach chairs, sand toys for the kids, a beach cart, and a beach umbrella for the warm sunny days. All the items a real beach lover will appreciate.

Hello from Thomas and Marilyn Lopata. Welcome to our home. Four years ago we fell in love with the small community island, offering the most incredible white sand and crystal blue waters. We were taken back by the "Old Florida Charm". No high rise buildings, quaint town centers and incredibly friendly people. The restaurants and activities had us sold. We just needed to be on Anna Maria Island.Two years ago we purchased Gulf Breeze just so that we could spend time on this enchanting island. Now we would like to share our home with others who also want to visit Anna Maria Island and experience the charm.We are a retired couple who love to travel and find unique quaint places that help us to just say, "AHHH!" Parking is for two vehicles, tags are needed for each car.      One parking space is under the carport just in front of the condo, the other parking spot would be across the lot on the opposite side.The free Island Trolley is just a block away as well as the Monkey Bus that will come right to your door for a nominal fee. Golf Carts are discouraged.Please be reasonable with volume during your stay.There are plenty of plastic cups, wine glasses, etc., found in the condo. Please use these in the pool are as glass is prohibited for obvious reasons. There is a drying line in the lanai placed just for the use of wet towels, suits, and gear.Garbage container is placed at the east side of the property enclosed by a white fence.
