House Rules
No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. 10 guests max. Dogs allowed with PRIOR approval. Due to a new Bradenton rental ordinance, the only overnight guests allowed at the house are to be the ones listed on the reservation. Guests must request approval for visitors during their stay. No carrying or use of illegal drugs during your stay. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
