Our home was newly built in 2015 with the latest furnishings, offering our guests all the comforts they need for a relaxing vacation.The 2233 sq. ft floor area is divided into a spacious living and dining area, an open-plan kitchen with modern electric appliances, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. In addition, there is also a den used as a library and office. Of course, the home is equipped with all the essentials, e.g. two flatscreen TVs, a landline telephone, and fast Wi-Fi internet. The screened lanai faces south and offers a beautiful view of the lake. For outdoor meals, a table with 6 chairs and a gas grill is available. Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a written notice must be provided to the Owner. Subject to timing of the cancellation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows: • 80% of the rental rate Incl. related taxes plus full cleaning fee and security deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in• 50% of the rental rate Incl. related taxes plus full cleaning fee and security deposit if cancelled less than 30 days, but before check-in In case renter has to cancel and either owner can manage to find a substitute with no financial loss incurring or renter provides a substitute taking over his contract and is accepted by owner,100% of the rental fee will be refunded independent of the time of cancellation

"I would like to thank the owners for letting us into their beautiful home for our vacation. We were there for almost five weeks. This was our first time in Florida and the weather was nothing short of being great! The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool is heated to your desire, which we used almost every day we were there. If we had any questions we would text the owner and he would always reply promptly. The neighbors in the community were very nice and helpful with information on steering us in the right direction on things we wanted to see and do. We would have rented this home for next year but it was already spoken for. Thanks again Norm and Patty"
