"The elevators did not always work...long waits...also used by housekeeping which was an inconvenience. Pool was closed 3 times. Beach was overcrowded with unused beach chairs and umbrellas. Water leaking in bathroom lighting from rain storms. We were not provided with the gate and main hotel codes to get in - again inconvenient. "This home is absolutely perfect! We came down for a quick getaway and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, spacious, and the views were breathtaking! You can tell the owners really take care of this place. The management team was also more than helpful with any questions we had and provided some great recommendations. We will definitely be back!
