This property is close to everything; 10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale Beach6 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to exciting Las Olas Blvd ie. Restaurants /Shopping ,15 minutes to Dania Beach casino/ beach and 15 minutes to the entertainment center Hard Rock casino/ restaurants, bars, clubs , 25 minutes to downtown Miami, 35 minutes to the wonderful South Beach ie shopping, beach, bar, club and restaurants.. Getting around This a great walkable neighborhood. However, I would advise having a vehicle and or using uber Downtown 6 minutes driving ie restaurants, shopping, bars/clubs

"Diego's place was a gem! Visited from Ny for carnival weekend. We had 5 people stay at the place and we had more than enough room to sleep or just lounge around. Honestly I think about 9 people can stay comfortably. All of the bedrooms were clean, neat and sooo cute!! The bathrooms were decent sizes. We had two living room areas ..... but just only needed one. The only thing I would say is the furniture was a little old and outdated..... let's upgrade Diego before I return next yr plz . Now.......... The pool area... backyard...... canal... the gas grill!!!!! My favorite!!!! The pics does no justice for this place!!!!! It's beautiful and bright and just sooo relaxing. Great for families and groups. I would also say to get a rental. Things aren't really walking distance. Publix the supermarket is about a 5 min drive. Theres space in the driveway for two cars to hold. And another thing, dnt go over 15 mph when leaving the block, the neighbors will yell at you that your going to fast lol sry Jan!!!! "

"The place was very comfortable and clean, check in was easy as ever and Diego was always very responsive. The only negative I would say is that the backyard lighting was not the same as the pictures posted, very dark and a lot of lights were broken but other than that the stay was amazing for the price paid. "
