House Rules
NON-SMOKNG. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking or vaping is allowed on patio or backyard. A $300 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be applied for evidence of smoking or vaping inside. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. Do not park on the grass. Trash day is Wednesday morning. Place trash and/or recycling bins at curbside on Tuesday evening. Upon check out, leave sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom. Do not strip beds. Place towels in laundry basket in laundry room upon check out. A rental policy/agreement will be emailed to you once you reserve. Thank you.

7 night minimum stay per reservation
Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy applies to stay under 8 nights: Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Long-term stay cancellation policy will apply to stays 28 nights or longer: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
