Quiet time after 10:00PM. This does not mean that you can't enjoy the lanai area. It just means to be respectful of the neighbors. No overnight guests that are not on the contract without prior approval. maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Total on premises is limited to 10 people. (contracted guest as well as day visitors) without prior approval. NO parties or events on premises . Electricity charge $0.14/kwh - $5 allowance per day - payable at check out.
