General Policies
You must fill out an application both with the condo association and a local property management company. Pending their approval, and mine, you may rent the property. You will also be required to complete a rental contract with me, the owner, directly.
House Rules
Please respect this beautiful, quiet property. No parties please. No pets allowed. Please keep the sliders/doors closed when the A/C is on. Thank you.
Terms & Conditions
I reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if there are violations of the agreed upon contract.
Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after booking to cancel with no penalty. After that, you will forfeit the reservation deposit ($500 - $1000, depending upon duration of rental) if you cancel. Half the total rental fee is due six months in advance of the rental start date, and the balance is due two months in advance. Cancelling less than two months before the start of the rental forfeits all fees paid. Please consider buying travel insurance.
