Very responsive, no issues at all
"Property was very clean and the location was perfect. Beach was just a few blocks less than 4 minute walk. Property was stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys etc. Location was also a minute walk to Goatfeathers and Ice cream. Pool was very clean and layout chairs and extra seating were a bonus. We had a wonderful time, Thank you! "

"This is our 3rd consecutive year renting this house! We loved the house. We appreciate the updates - fresh paint, new sliding door and bathroom door downstairs. We were bummed about not having the bikes this year. The pool was awesome as always especially giving the beach situation. Out of yalls control - but there is an on going turf war between Gulf Dunes HOA Old Florida HOA vs south Walton. They have put signs at the public beach access and hired security guards to enforce (specifically the gulf dunes HOA). They left about a 30 yrd stretch to be the public beach. Beach was very crowded due to everyone be constrained to such a small area. It was a shame because no one was trying the stir the pot and complied with the signs, but there are just too many of houses around there that are not part of the HOA. The man working the beach access said that it will never hold up in court and he was a local. He said a bunch of the homeowners in the area are fired up about it. I worry that it will hurt the rental of this house and the surrounding properties. This was one of the reasons we loved 30A was the quiet beach, but definitely felt more like PCB/gulf shores or condo filled areas vibe. :( "
Everyone was very courteous and understanding. Communication was great. Having the ability to text messages is also huge.

"This is our second time staying her for a week vacation. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and bike/walking trail. Plenty of restaurants and shops close within walking/biking distance. House was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the grass sod upgrade from last year. We enjoyed the bikes and pool area. Also nice that they have a beach umbrella with some chairs incase you get tight on packing. "
