House Rules
Security Deposit of $5,000 requiredOwners must curb pets, if any.Electricity allowance is $175 per month. Any excess will be charged to tenants from security deposit.
Terms & Conditions
Payment due in full upon lease execution for entire lease term.
Security deposit of $5,000 due at lease signing.
Renter is responsible for paying 5% tourism tax and 7% sales use tax. This is due at the time of lease signing.
Cleaning fee of $250 due at lease signing.
Electricity allowance of $175 per month. Excess will be netted from security deposit at end of lease term. Owner will provide copies of electric bills.
