The home was built in 2011 featuring gorgeous maple floors and high end finishes throughout. There is a forest green granite/stainless steel kitchen surrounded by beautiful cream colored cabinetry and both a bar stool area and wonderful dining area as well facing west and catching the iridescent pastels of the florida sunsets. The bathrooms are a testimony to the beauty of the place featuring an oversize tub in the 2nd bathroom with a large porthole looking over the property.

While the bedrooms are split, the Master also features a stone spa type bathroom with a steam shower and a porthole letting in the light. Inside amenities also include central air, washer/dryer and lots of closet space. On the exterior you have a patio with table and chairs and grill as well as lounge chairs plus a gate that opens up to the 75 foot chlorine free lap pool. There is also parking on site parking. The neighborhood is known as Palm Trail and is one of the most desirable because of its tranquil nature and easy access to everything in the downtown. This is our little corner of paradise.

Benita and Jordan Goldstein hail from the Big Apple and often refer to living in downtown Delray (they live right nearby if you need anything) as a neighborhood of Manhattan although more Soho which is artsy and fun. Their rentals are truly custom designed as their business back in NYC involved working with top Interior Designers. Although they originally opened the first Bed and Breakfast in Delray (closed 2012 in favor of vacation rentals) their vacation rental business has operated since 2011 seeing the return of so many friends they've met over the years.
