Two Bathrooms, master has two sinks and walk in shower and guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the master bedroom on a different side of the house. There are three TV's in the property which includes a streaming company UTUBE TV to provide all the major local TV networks and tons of movie & sports options. High speed internet is also provided throughout the property.

The kitchen has a gas range, fridge w/icemaker, and dishwasher along with small appliances, glassware, dishes, cookware & silverware. The living area has now 3 recliners. The dining room table can be extended to accommodate 8 people. Need more seating, 6 high end folding chairs are also provided. Inside laundry room with utility sink, washer, and dryer. Two car garage enough room for any car/truck along with ample room for a 2 seat gas golf cart and BBQ grill also provided for your use at no charge. For Happy Hour and end of the day socializing there is a screened outside Lanai that seats 6 people along with two outdoor chairs on the back concrete patio. There is even a front seating area in front of the house. Storage abounds in this property with many closets and cabinets throughout the unit. The owner of this home is to provide to a renter a positive "Feel at Home Atmosphere".

MISC. INFO:

A. This property was built in the new section of The Villages, in turn, is now on Google Maps and on TheVillages App. Both Apps can be downloaded into your Phone for detail directions anywhere on the newdevelopment side. All ways best to use your Cell Phone GPS.

B. Rentals are available Daily, Weekly, and Monthly on some months. Rates are based on double occupancy,more guests in the rental may be an extra charge.

C. A transfer fee for 2 Village Resident ID's for a total of $50 is available for renters, this will allow a renterto receive all of the amenities that are provided to a Villager property owner.

D. Refundable Damage Security Depost $500 Cleaning Fee for $175 FloridaTax, and Full Rental Amount is due within 3 days after a renter reviews and signs a lease agreement. Anydamages or missing items will be deducted from the returned Damage Deposit. This home is non-smokingand non-vaping. NO PETS allowed.

E. Method of payments: Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Checks. Credit Cardsare a plus 3.85% up-charge. Cancellation policy is explained in the lease agreement for your review before you committo signing the lease.

F. All rental rates include the use of the golf cart provided. For insurance reasons no one is allowed,authorized, or able to operate the golf cart at the rental property under the age of 25.

G. Again, the owner at this property philosophy is for guests to have: "A Feel at Home Atmosphere".The Villages is a Very Active Senior Community for residents 55 & older. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and Family activities are provided.

I have a permanent home in The Villages which I am present 80% of the time. I have also a 2nd home in Jasper Indiana where I spend the other 20% of my time.
