No shoes in condo...house slippers provided. Please leave shower doors open after showering while door/shower floor is still wet. Living Room smart TV has access to multiple streaming services, with your own subscription. Guest is responsible for the expense of damage to the property. Failure to comply with house rules may result in your stay being terminated without a refund.

"Cathy was an excellent host with prompt, helpful responses. Her and her husband have taken great care in setting up the condo, which made it feel like home right away. My husband, 17 month old and I stayed the month of December. The space was very well appointed for a longterm stay. They had plenty of beach towels, extra blankets, and even a crib mattress. They also provide access to their beach closet, which has ample toys & chairs to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking - which we did a lot of! Having a wine fridge was a nice perk, as well. The condo layout was perfect. It's spacious and felt private when we had friends visit us for a couple of days - everyone had their own space & even with kids running around, the bedrooms were quiet. Our favorite was the spacious balcony - especially on the colder, grey days. We also had fun with the conversation starter cards when our friends came."
