Background and Credit check required. No pets or parties are permitted. This beach bungalow is maintained as a non-smoking space. Renter is responsible for Duke Energy, Spectrum, water, and trash. Pest control and landscaping are included at no cost to you. This unit includes a parking spot and shared laundry area with washer and dryer. Please be respectful of others when doing laundry.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
This property rents annually for $3000 a month. First and last month's rent, security deposit of $1000, and $350 move out cleaning fee due at signing. For monthly stays, rent and cleaning deposit to be paid upfront prior to move-in.
