Property Damage: Guest(s) must notify Host within twenty-four hours of any damages to the property or any appliances or contents, whether caused by Guest(s) or otherwise. Failure to do so may result in Guest(s) being charged for such damages.

Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to four (4) vehicles and one additional vehicle may be parked in the single car garage. The two-car garage may not be used and may be accessed by the Host from time to time with prior notification to the Guest(s). Any illegally parked vehicle is subject to towing. Applicable fines and/or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Pets: We love dogs! A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, upon prior approval by Host. An additional deep cleaning fee of $250.00 per stay shall apply and Guest(s) must agree to and sign the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if the above is not performed by Guest(s) prior to departure or if extra cleaning fees are incurred by the Host. A $500.00 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking or smell is found inside the home or guest house.

Games, Books and Beach Equipment: All items in the home and on the property, including books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the Guest(s) while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach.
