• Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST
• Check-Out: No later than 10 AM EST
• NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who check in early OR check out from 10 AM to 12 PM will be charged a late fee of $100. Guests who check out past 12 PM will be charged that night's room fee.
