Description
Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Amelia Island in Amelia Landing's condo complex, a short 2 block walk to the beach. We provide a beach buggy, beach chairs, beach towels and some toys. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, and provide linens for all beds. The master suite has a queen bed, the bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a sliding door to the back porch. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath as well with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen and flooring was renovated in 2022 with new appliances, living room furniture and dining room furniture. Our first floor beach condo is located off of Sadler Rd, 2 blocks from the beautiful, sandy beach. The condo complex is called Amelia Landings. There are 10 buildings with 6 units in each building. There aren't any elevators, so floor 1 is most desirable.

Mike & Jackie own this unit. We own 10 long term rental properties in the county and this is our only short term rental at this time. We live close by in case anything is needed, we can be there in 5 minutes. Mike is retired Navy and Jackie is still working as a full time Realtor. Mike has been flipping homes for many years but is finishing his last one so he can enjoy more time with his grandsons and family and start a garden!
