To all our future guests ~ We would like to welcome you to our piece of paradise! My wife and I vacationed on AMI for 17 years and fell in love with the island!! When we purchased our condo at Runaway Bay, we found our home away from home!We love fishing, golfing, kayaking, walks on the beach, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, paddle boarding, jet skiing, dining at restaurants and local taverns and listening to live music from different artists on the island.Anna Maria Island is magical and the sunsets are pure beauty! Once you experience the beauty of the island you will never want to leave! We look forward to sharing our condo and hope you love AMI as much as we do!!

General Policies
We require a 2 week minimum stay during the months of February and March of the current year.
Due to seasonal rates, please contact us for a quote for your dates.
House Rules
Parking: Protect your parking space, display the permit on your car, gas golf cart or small pickup. There is no room for campers, RVs, trailers, etc. Obstructions: Stage bikes, beach & recreation items under stairs between 1st floor kitchen windows; please keep public areas in front of doors, lawns, upper walkways & stairways safe. Railings: Towels, clothing, etc. should not be dried on front or rear railings or garden areas.Quiet Hours: The City enforces and we appreciate quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking: Smoking on the grounds is ONLY permitted in the designated area on the North side of the clubhouse; an ashtray is provided. Do not throw butts on the ground or in the waterway.

Terms & Conditions
We use a vacation rental manager that is located on Anna Maria Island for reservations, payments, and for service while you're our guests. Rental Down Payment: All reservations require a 25% rental downpayment at time of booking. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. Each reservation requires a $150.00 processing fee. *Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check, we do not take credit cards for final payment. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. Cancellation Policy
Within 60 days of arrival funds are nonrefundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days out from arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your initial down payment, we are unable to issue refunds due to inclement weather, acts of mother nature, red tide, broken appliances or other aspects beyond our control in surrounding areas or properties. We are not notified of construction in surrounding areas, our vacation rental manager or property owner cannot be held liable for any construction near your rental property, or any inconvenience due to construction. "We loved our stay at Runaway Bay #250. Very clean and comfortable?There were nice beach chairs, floats, and noodles provided by the owners, plus a beach buggy to get it all to the ocean! We would definitely stay in this condo again! Very relaxed and enjoyable. The trolley made for easy access to Bridge street restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!"

"WOW we had such a great experience. To the owners - Our condo was beautiful!! It was so clean and centrally located. Also, the decor made us feel like we were at the beach! The balcony was private and beautiful with the palm trees and the water below. Island Vacation Properties were the best! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Anytime I called with a question the staff was so kind and helpful! We will definitely be back! ;)"
