General Policies
Quiet Times: We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people year round. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Breakages: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
House Rules
Please treat our home like your own. To keep our property pristine, and to respect our neighbors, please acknowledge the following rules. 1. No smoking allowed anywhere inside the property. To include vaping. 2. Due to HOA regulations, no parties or events.3. No illegal activity.4. The maximum property capacity is 8 people at any given time. 5. No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless discussed with the host in advance.6. Quiet time between 10 p.m.-8 a.m.7. Place garbage in the trash bins provided. If the bins are full, please carry your bags to the dumpster just right of the unit.8. No grills or open fires on the balcony or anywhere near the unit other than outside of the garage. 9. Terms & Conditions
For mid to long term tenants, all rents must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to arrival and prior to entry instructions being forwarded to guest. Renters are required to sign a rental agreement on Avail.Co and process payment through Avail.co prior to arriving at the property
No rentals to persons under the age of 25 years old.
