Location Info
Centrally located on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach is perfect for fishermen and families alike. Many shops, restaurants, and activities are within walking distance. Historic Seaside Gardens is located next door to the City of Holmes Beach park which features dog park, baseball, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, playground, and boat ramp. The neighborhood is located off the intercostal waterway and home to much wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, birds, and the snook that like to hang out under the dock! Seaside Court is the pinnacle of the community, a peninsula with sunset facing views. Unlike other rental options, our home is on the point creating privacy in the back patio that you do not see on many canals.

General Policies
Included in your stay is a reserved covered parking spot located directly in front of the home. There is guest parking at the entrance of the street, Seaside Court. Please note, the guest parking is for vehicles, not trailers. The carport can accomodate most trailers under 25 feet. We recommend reserving trailer parking just a few blocks away at Keyes' Marina (941) 778-1977.The city boat ramp is located just one block away, east of Seaside Court. There is day trailer parking here along the tennis courts. We advise not to leave the trailer overnight here.
House Rules
This is a lovely residential community so please be courteous to residents. Each members unit is their private piece of property. There is no implied right to walk across an adjacent property to access a common area on the end of a building or to get a trash bin or shed. Similarly there is no implied right to transit across a neighbors patio or seawall to access the common area or use a private dock. Short term renters need to be made aware that they cannot cross adjacent driveways patios or seawall to access the common area to dispose of trash or access the shed. People don’t necessarily want neighbors or tenants walking outside their bedroom window or crossing their front or back patio or seawall or otherwise peering inside the unit and...
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

"This was our 1st time staying on the Gulf side & it was absolutely beautiful! Stephanie's place is amazing! I felt like I was @home. My son enjoyed the dock the most. He would fish & throw his casting net. It was also nice to get in our boat & just go enjoy the beautiful water! We went on a fishing charter w/Anna Maria Charters. Captain Johnny was awesome, he put us on the mangrove snapper! My daughter enjoyed the beaches & Blueberries Cafe & Wine. Their aa bowls are amazing! "From the moment we walked inside we felt right at home. Stephanie was very helpful and even sent her husband out to air up the bike tire. We had everything we needed and more. Their home is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Best sleeping beds, beautiful art, Roku for those lazy nights, the sunsets are stunning from the property. My husband enjoyed the fishing and we both enjoyed the birds, manatees and dolphins in the bay. We made friends with a local heron who visited us daily. We named him Paco. If he comes to see you, he's very friendly and just wants to hang out. This home is gem! Great Balance of Everything
"We so enjoyed staying here. The home was clean and the neighbors were so nice. The house was well equipped and we loved having the dock for our boat. A/C was great and water pressure impressive. Parking situation isn't the best if you have a boat but not a big deal. Location to boat ramp makes up for this. Thank you for a great time."
