House Rules
Non-included Guests is not permitted on premises.2 vehicles max in front of the house driveway. No smoking inside the house. Cameras are in place for the safety of all the guests, please do not tampering or move the cameras. All pets waste must be picked up and placed in a tightly tied bag and disposed of in the outside trash bin.

Miami-dade code Ordinance violation will risk canceling reservation without refund. Full refund cancellation is up to 5 days prior to check in. 50% refund cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check in.
