Tip: Rent a boat (ask for details) and go explore the countless channels and waterways of Cape Coral and the surrounding islands. Go fishing on the Caloosahatchee River or in the Gulf of Mexico or take a romantic boat trip during the sunset.

The open kitchen, dining and living room as well as the Master bedroom are equipped with large sliding doors opening right out to the lanai and pool area. And as usual everywhere in subtropical Florida, swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by full 'screen', so you can enjoy the outside in the evening - enjoy a delicious barbecue without being hindered by mosquitoes or insects. From the pool you have a beautiful view on our private dock wherein your boat is moored and with some luck, during the day you might even see a family of 'Manatees' swimming by and eating.
