This is a non-smoking unit. South Seas Club Tower 3 is in a 55-acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping and is located on the north end of Marco Island's Crescent Beach and at the south end of Tiger Tail Beach.  Walk south for parasailing, jet skiing, shops, restaurants, resident's beach, resorts, etc. Walk north to Tiger Tail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one-acre nature preserve and shorebird nesting area where a snack bar, a picnic area with grills, a playground, and a concession stand.  There you can rent inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, and cabanas.
