Additional rules - Quiet hours as per City of Fort Lauderdale regulations. In particular observance of quiet hours between 10 pm-7am. No parties are allowed on the premises. No gathering of friends at the Apt only registered guests are allowed. - Absolutely No Smoking. A violation of these rules carries a $500 charge/penalty. Stays over 9 days require additional Interim cleaning at a fee of $65 per cleaning. Guests are not allowed to disconnect TV cables or in any way tamper with settings. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the premises or content during their stays. The capacity of this apt is 2 persons. The king bed is comfortable
"The king bed is comfortable, there are TVs with cable channels in the bedroom and living room. Bathroom has a huge shower with nice hot and high pressured water. Parking is on the street but very easy. The walls are a little thin, I could hear the neighbors TV at times, or could hear when neighbors in the next door units were entering the building. The place smells like an overly clean dentist office at first when you walk in but then you don't notice afterwards. There were 3 fire ants on the first night I killed, but no more visitors after that, maybe since they have a wall plug in that emits a silent high pitched noise to deter bugs. The kitchen is great, a lot of kitchen ware and appliances are provided. "

"They think of everything! Very smooth check-in. The host was extra helpful. The area is great, lots of restaurants and at the same time quiet. The apartment was excellent, with a well-stocked kitchen, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Parking right in front of the door. "

I really enjoyed my stay here
"I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was great I was able to walk to restaurants, bars, movie theater shopping mall even grocery store was only half a mile away. I also walked to catch the water taxi, which was a great experience to hop on hop off all day and see different areas of ft Lauderdale Eric greeted me upon arrival and showed me the property. Thank you so much I will definitely keep this in mind for future trips. "
