We are located in a secured gated community over 4 miles door to door from Disney's Animal Kingdom. The rest of the Disney parks are just minutes further. Universal Orlando is 25 minutes away and the rest of the endless Orlando attractions are all within easy reach. Locally we have an amazing choice of restaurants within a couple of minutes’ drive. There are grocery stores, Publix and Walmart are close by to.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation By Client– Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing to the owner. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
