The Villa offers in total 4,453 sq ft with 2,241 sq ft living area with A/C, 3 bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom, living room and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a center island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer and laundry sink. There is free WiFi to use your own computer, pad or smartphone, a printer to print your airline tickets. One of our highlights is the 6 ft pool table for your evening fun and amusement, the Sony PlayStation 4 Pro with a large variety of games, a little library with books in English and German as well as some entertaining board games. Villa White Ibis also offers a bluetooth music center, you can also play CD's or listen to the radio.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 50" flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool and lounge area. The master bathroom has a big shower with frameless glass doors, double sinks, a jacuzzi, and a big walk in closet; the toilet is separate. In the closet, you will find the iron board and iron as well as pool towels and a hamper.

The two guest suites both have their own separate bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have queen size beds, 32" TV's, and spacious closets.

The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with surround sound and a DVD player, where you can enjoy the wonderful Cindy Crawford Collection sofa seat and love chair. Two pocket sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The villa has stone tiles which flow throughout the house even in bathrooms and closets.

The dining room has a dining table with space for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is a phone line with an answering machine and you can call for free within US and Canada. Outside there is a Weber gas BBQ grill. The villa has a big garage for two cars with remote-controlled openers and 4 bikes (26") plus a kiddy bike with supporting wheels. For a day on the beach, you will find a big-wheeled cooler. Find fishing rods and equipment in the garage.

On the dock you will find a 21 ft Hurricane boat (2011) with GPS / Depth Finder, Stereo with Bluetooth to explore the Gulf, the fantastic beaches, the islands, and dozens of waterfront restaurants. For the fisherman, there is a livewell on the boat. The boat is available for an extra fee.

Unsere Villa liegt im begehrten Suedwesten von Cape Coral an einem Kanal mit kurzem Zugang zum Golf und hat eine perfekte westliche Ausrichtung, wo Sie die fantastischen Sonnenuntergaenge Floridas geniessen koennen. Im Lanai befinden sich ein schoener L-foermiger beheizter Pool, ein Hot Tub mit 6 Sitzplaetzen, ein Dinner-Bereich und ein Lounge-Bereich mit TV (42") zum Entspannen. Zudem stehen auch Liegen bereit, um die Sonne zu geniessen. Die Villa hat ein Dock mit Lift sowie 2 Kajaks, die fr die Erkundung der Kanaele genutzt werden koennen!

Die Villa bietet insgesamt 4.453 sq ft mit 2.241 sq ft Wohnflaeche mit Klimaanlage, 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmer und Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Kueche mit einer zentralen Insel. Neben der Kueche befindet sich eine Waschkueche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschbecken. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi, um Ihren eigenen Computer, Ihr Pad oder Smartphone zu benutzen und einen Drucker, um Ihre Flugtickets auszudrucken. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfuegt ueber ein Doppelbett, einen 50" Flachbildfernseher und einen direkten Zugang zum Pool- und Wohnbereich. Das Hauptbadezimmer hat eine grosse Dusche mit rahmenlosen Glastueren, Doppelwaschbecken, einen Whirlpool und einen grossen begehbaren Kleiderschrank; die Toilette ist separat. Im begehbaren Kleiderschrank befinden sich Buegelbrett und Buegeleisen sowie Poolhandtuecher und ein Waeschekorb.

Die beiden Gaeste-Suiten haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Queensize-Betten, 32" Fernseher und geraeumige Schraenke.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen 55" Flachbildfernseher mit Surround-Sound und einen DVD-Player, wo Sie die wunderbare Cindy Crawford Collection mit Sofa und Sessel geniessen koennen. Zwei Schiebetueren aus Glas bieten herrliche Ausblicke auf den Pool und die Lounge Area. Die Villa hat durchgehend im Haus Steinfliesen, auch in Badezimmern und Schraenken.

Das Esszimmer hat einen Esstisch mit Platz fr 6 Personen. Die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kuehlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspueler und Eismaschine, alles was Sie fuer einen perfekten Urlaub brauchen. Es gibt ein Telefon mit Anrufbeantworter und Sie koennen kostenlos in den USA und Kanada anrufen. Draussen gibt es einen Weber-Gasgrill. Die Villa verfuegt ueber eine grosse Garage fuer zwei Autos mit ferngesteuertem Oeffner und 4 Fahrraeder (26") und ein Kinderfahrrad mit Stuetzraedern. Fuer einen Tag am Strand finden Sie eine grosse Kuehlbox. Zudem befinden sich in der Garage Angeln und eine kleine Ausruestung.
