Excessive noise or vulgar music is prohibited at all times. We do not allow bonfires on the property. No check ins/outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Hide

"Beautiful home, very clean and with all the amenities for the family!! Loved the stay there kids had enjoyed the pool very much. I loved the beaches and that we we close to lots of places to go is we need anything!! Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!! "

Me and my family loved our stay at Theresa’s house
"Me and my family loved our stay at Theresa's house! Conveniently located to Super Walmart and Publix. The house was also Closely located to all the beaches! Anna Maria family friendly and Siesta Key for the younger crowd! The house was organized and everything was labeled precisely, i.e., light switches, and caution signs near the pool area! There were pool toys in the pool hatch, games located in the TV entertainment center of main living area (Monopoly, Uno, Yahtzee, Scrabble, and regular playing cards to name a few! The kitchen was stocked with foil, zip lock bags, dishes, eating utensils and pots for cooking! I suggest bringing extra trash bags because we ran out. The house was climate controlled and had fans in every room! The TV and wifi was seamless. The instructions guide was easy breezy. A very quiet neighborhood and large drive way for 2 car families. She also had towels for the beach and beach chairs for guests! The washer and dryer was an added touch and made it really feel like home! I promise anyone who stays here will love it!
