Minimum renter age 25+ Maximum 12 adults (Exceptions are possible on a case by case basis with positive review history as long as booking in advance and not local) 6 cars max, no street parking allowed No smoking. No beverages or food allowed on carpet. Fireplace in living room has battery operated candles for ambiance. Please do not start any fires in it. Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm. No street parking. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. We do not allow pets at this property. No check ins or checkouts allowed on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.

50% Deposit is due at time of reservation confirmation and is non-refundable.
Remaining balance of rental fee 30 days prior to check in date. If payment is not received, reservation will be cancelled.

The house was very nice
"The house was very nice, the ambience was very warm and welcoming. The home had almost everything we needed for the weekend and was only about 15-20 minutes from the beaches! There're many mini fridges and a spacious fridge. The barbeque is wonderful! The outdoor/covered patio area is very nice and relaxing, and the pool was a fantastic temperature. "

This home is beautiful
"This home is beautiful, clean and very comfortably fit 14 people. Theresa was an excellent host. Extremely responsive. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the outdoor space. I can appreciate normal wear and tear but that was not the case. (Grill extremely rusted. Must use a grill mat. Outdoor seats on deck are not usable. You sink right into the metal bars. Both umbrellas were broken upon arrival. The pool can definitely use more thorough cleaning especially when you have such a large party renting. or at least give them the option to run a vacuum.) we did have pool issues for 2 days as the filter was not kicking on. High heat, heavy usage, no filter is a recipe for a filthy pool. Theresa did send her pool maintenance guy the next day but he simply fixed the issue with the filter. Didn't clean it or add necessary chemicals. So that was a disappointment. "
