Longboat Key is quiet, peaceful, without the traffic and crowds of neighboring islands. It has an upscale feel with beautiful resorts, restaurants, and landscaping. A full-service grocery store is less than 2 miles away. Bayfront Park is 1/2 mile away . Activities include pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard courts, kayak launch and a playground. There are bike paths the length of the island, with a bike rental shop down the street.Several casual and fine dining options are within close proximity on Longboat Key. In addition, St. Armand's Circle is a 10-minute drive, with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities. From there, cross the beautiful Ringling bridge and in minutes, be in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and, the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment. To the north, there are several new restaurants in historic Longbeach Village and lively Bridge Street on Bradenton Beach is a 13-minute drive.

About Owner
Our family has had a love of Florida gulf coast beaches for years, vacationing up and down the coast. So much so, that we moved to Florida full-time from the Midwest several years ago.
We purchased this condo as a home-away-from home to enjoy and share beach time and island life with our family and friends. We chose Longboat Key for its beauty and tranquility, yet close proximity to the many attractions of Sarasota and surrounding islands. We chose Bayport Beach and Tennis Club for the architecture, lush tropical landscape, beach to bay access, various amenities, and mid-Longboat Key location. We hope you choose to come for a visit and enjoy our condo and Longboat Key too!

Rental guests are required to complete a rental agreement, and Bayport Beach & Tennis Club application for approval by the Board of Directors.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of the amount paid to-date 60 days prior to check-in, less $100 non-refundable HOA application fee and $99 Property Damage Insurance. 0% refund 0-60 days prior to check-in, with the following exception: If we are able to rebook your full timeframe within the 0-60 day check-in window, we will refund 100% less the $100 non-refundable HOA application fee and $99 Property Damage Insurance. If the town of Longboat Key issues a mandatory evacuation order for a named tropical storm or hurricane, a refund will be given for the remaining rental time period, less the $100 non-refundable HOA application fee and $99 Property Damage Insurance.
