All guests must e-sign a vacation property rental agreement for the lease term, which will be sent via e-mail shortly after the reservation is made.
House Rules
Please follow the rules set forth in our condo's welcome binder upon during your stay.Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.No one under the age of 18 is allowed to stay on the property without a parent or guardian present.Absolutely NO underage drinking, drugs, excessive noise, fireworks or pets on the property, which could result in eviction without any refunds.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Guests who cancel after 60 days will not get a refund.

Bonita Bay is a beautiful development. We didn't get to the beach due to damage from Ian but still loved our stay!"

"Very cozy, with extra blankets and plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Kitchen had the essentials and made eating in much easier. I was able to do laundry before leaving and that always makes for a better unpacking experience. The outside was a dream. Perfect relaxing space. My son loved how close it was to the pool and the location was awesome! Close to the beach, shopping, tons of eating. I'd love to stay again for the next visit :)"
