We moved to Florida from Seattle 10 years ago. Beautiful sunny winters in Cape Coral and all the great waterfront dining choices nearby are favorites of the lifestyle here. Based on our own travels we try to anticipate our guests needs so each can have excellent vacation stay. We love staying in vacation home rentals! Contracts/Agreements - We will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us. The agreement must be returned completed in a timely manner (3-5 days if arrival is months away. 24 hours if arrival is within 2 weeks or less). Everything was as described ...
"Everything was as described and featured in the photos. Once we had time to unpack, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the extras (cooking spices, starter kit supplies, first aid kit, etc.); I always bring those items myself. Jennifer was very attentive to our needs and quickly responded whenever called. There were only two of us in our party, and we both slept well starting the first night. Usually, it takes us a couple of days to get used to a new bed; this one was extra comfy. The hot tub was very welcome after volunteering on Sanibel Island; we were also able to enjoy the unique pool one afternoon. My husband did his school work on the lanai, and I chose to do mine on the large couch with the ottoman for spreading out papers. We had a very comfortable and productive stay and would definitely recommend this property to others."

"Great luxury home! Rented this home for a softball tournament in the area, it was absolutely lovely. The owners are VERY responsive and communication was A+. Good location, close to Publix & several cute restaurants. About 40ish minutes from Ft Myers Beach. Home equipped with EVERYTHING you could want, literally just bring your clothes. We look forward to renting here again when we have another tournament in the area. Also so nice to know it is dog-friendly if we need/want to bring our dog."

"Wonderful home! Beautifully decorated and a great open layout that was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment you could possibly need for vacation cooking. The back lanai/pool area was the obvious highlight of the home. It was also very open and spacious with more than enough room and furniture for everyone's swimming/dinning/relaxing/sunbathing needs! Great communication from the owner as well, Jennifer was always available for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to any family looking for a vacation rental in the Cape Coral area."
