House Rules
No Loud Music After 9:00pm -Some of our guests may have pet allergies. We’re sorry you won’t be able to have your fluffy friends with you.-The back yard is a good place to have a cigarette. I will ask you not to smoke inside the house, please.-Our neighbors are nice people. They’ve been very helpful when I bought this house. We try to pay them back, asking our guests not to have parties and events outside after 8pm.-Please no glass in the pool area.-No food in the rooms-No jumping or diving in the pool.-Please remove all the toys from the pool after you finish using them. This will maintain the pool clean for your use the next day. -No loud music after 9pm.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
