SMOKING : Absolutely No smoking , no vaping ( Not any kind , not medical weed included) in home ,near any doors or window, around, or in the pool, on balconies , and also NO smoking on putting green ! Penalty to break that rule is $500-.Guest have NO cause or right to alter with internet settings / smoke alarms etc depend on it That can get automatic cancellation without any refund for unused days!CLEANING : The property will be inspected and cleaned after the departure .Due to the pandemic our cleaning personnel will need extra time to sanitize all surfaces ,mattresses & pillows , etc. Th...

"The home is well equipped with plenty of utensils, spices, pots/pans, etc. The owners are extremely friendly and get back to you right away. They also have wonderful recommendations for local restaurants, bars and activities. The home is roomy and has more than enough space for three couples. During our stay the hot tub wouldn't work and the internet was spotty. These items weren't able to be resolved before the end of our stay so we can't give it the maximum score. If the owners can fix these issues, it's an excellent unit in a terrific area. "
