"We loved our stay. Beautiful modern unit, overlooking the beach, clean and very well equipped. Linens, bath towels and beach umbrellas included. Registration was a breeze. The only disappointment was the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. All in all a great place to stay!!!"

Spacious and clean ocean front condo
"My wife and I enjoyed our time at this property. Overall it was a good experience. The oceanfront views were great, and access to the beach was super convenient. The location has pros and cons. It is in the more quiet part of Hollywood beach so the beach experience is fantastic but there is little to no eating options in a walkable distance. If you were looking for a lot of night life, be prepared to have to drive. We had to Uber to get food unless you want to eat all your meals from the cafe in the building. The unit is as advertised for the most part. Only complaint with the unit is the bathroom is tiny, with a tiny shower and very little counter space. The only knock on the experience is the check in process. While not quite as difficult as some reviewer's have said, it is definitely not easy like checking into a hotel. Also, you are required to pay $35 for a fob to get in and out of the building (which we didn't know when we booked) and you have to purchase a laundry card from the office and then load it with money to use the washer and dryer. We were under the impression the washer and dryer was in the unit itself, but it is located in the hallway of the floor. There are no laundry detergent included, and only one dishwasher tablet. So plan to make a run to the grocery store to pick up things like dishwasher tablets, soaps, and laundry detergent. overall, we enjoyed our stay. If you're looking to be on the Broad walk, it is more than 2 miles away. But we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood this condo is located in."

Great Location!
"The property is very comfortable and was perfect for my wife and I. The view and balcony were great and the property has other amenities such as a fitness center. My favorite thing though? Man was it peaceful and quiet! We looked over past reviews of the property and were a little concerned based on some notes. 1. The bed seems to be a memory foam mattress. We had no issues sleeping and found the bed to very comfortable. I think the owner recently replaced it. 2. We took washcloths based on an earlier review. I'm glad we did as there are none. We've have stayed at many VRBO's and this has never been an issue. I'm not sure why the property has no washcloths or why the property owner doesn't purchase them. There were plenty of towels. 3. Kitchen - The kitchen is a little under resourced with regard to oven proof items. We needed a baking sheet to reheat chicken on. All we found were some pretty old pizza pans. There are 2 baking dishes though. There were very few spoons for some reason. Everything else was fine. 4. Check-in - Lot's of comments about the check-in process. Yes, it's a little cumbersome however the valet folks were very helpful and directed us through the process. We had no problem at all. We were prepared to pay $50 cash for parking; it is now $75. This info needs to be updated and maybe it has been. 5. Communication - mixed reviews on this. The owner sent a lot of information up front, but that was 2-3 months prior to our stay. Since then parking fees changed as well as COVID requirements. The on-site contact did come by to make sure we were settled. I'm not sure why we needed to contact them as by the time we did hear back we were already in the condo. 6. We did see a line of ants along a wall and to the trashcan. This was reported and I'm sure it has been addressed by now."
