"Our family of 4 including 2 children had an amazing vacation on the island. Morgan’s place is exceptional! As a mom the washer and drier was definitely a plus! Morgan’s place was clean and updated with an islandy vibe and with all amenities that we needed including beach equipment! Across the street from the beautiful beaches of AMI, close to pool. Walking distance to resteraunts and bridge street! Morgan was a fantastic host and responsive to our questions immediately! Our host communicated and answered us within minutes even when we were hit by a tropical storm. When our flight got cancelled Morgan was more than understanding and allowed us to remain at our stay until we were able to rebook our flights. She was able to keep our trip one with memories! We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality and understanding in a time that would have been more stressful if it wasn’t for her thoughtfulness! We will absolutely return to Morgan’s place!! "Wow! Our stay was amazing and our family definitely made some great memories on this vacation. Morgan is a great host and great at communication. The condo was as it was described. The only minor thing about our stay was the check in process from the HOA and all of the rules associated. Other than that great place to stay and great host!!"

"The owner was great to work with. Easy walk to the beach, especially with provided cart, cooler and chairs. 10-minute walk to Bridge Street with many restaurants, bars and shops. Centrally located on the island. Easy drive to multiple beaches if you didn't want to stay at the location across the street. Condo was large and well-equipped and was very quiet, which I like! Nice inground pool area also. Given the size of the condo and proximity to the beach, I feel it was a very good value for the area. We would stay there again!"

"The unit and grounds were very peaceful, and the pool and beach were easy to get to. The location of the resort was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Morgan was great at communicating with us. We had a very pleasant stay."

Loved AMI!

"First time visiting Anna Maria Island, and this condo was in the perfect location. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach to watch the sunsets. The dock on the bay was good for watching the sun rise, or to just sit and watch the fish jump. The trolley stop at the entrance to Runaway Bay was a plus. Great way to explore the island. The condo itself was comfortable, beautifully decorated with a beach theme, and well equipped with everything for a day at the beach. Enjoyed the patio overlooking the pond. I enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to return. The weather was very chilly this January so I did not visit the pool. But it sure looked inviting!"
