Terms & Conditions

50% deposit at booking, remainder 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days, rental paid in full at booking. Payments can be made by Venmo, Zelle or Personal Check. 


Cleaning fee is $300.00

75% refund 30 days prior to arrival

25% refund 15-29 days prior to arrival
