About Owner
Hi there! My wife Angela and I are delighted to host you and your family in our home here in Central Florida. Our 30 years of marriage and 4 grown children remind us of the importance of being together as a family.When we aren't helping other families create their own lasting memories we are taking care of our day jobs and our own Biggest Little Farm with the help of our tiny rooster Bob.We've traveled all over the world and the lasting memories are what we cherish from those experiences. Our frequent family travels to Florida pulled us in and we moved from KC to our Central Florida farm 4 years ago. We hope to be able to provide you that same excitement and family togetherness with you in our vacation home.

House Rules
Enjoy your vacation! No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property. If any guest smokes an additional cleaning fee of $750 will be charged.No pets are allowed. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500 and an additional $350 cleaning fee.No parties.Each vehicle entering the resort must have a registered driver on file with security and all guests must be registered in advance of check-in by the owner. This is required by Windsor at Westside. No last minute guest passes will be permitted. No unregistered guests. Maximum number of guests is 16. Additional guests will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation at a rate of $150 per person per night. Quiet Time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am. This means no outside musi...

"First I want to say thank you to Brian and Angela for making us feel like apart of the family. It felt like visiting your family home welcomed with open arms. It really do feel like you are at a 5 star retreat. I fell in love with the pool/spa because of the privacy it felt like our own oasis great way to unwind after day at the parks. Yes pool have lights was a plus. This home has everything you can think of. Brain and Angela really took the time out to think of everything a family would need even down to the toddlers. My kids enjoyed the coffee bar for hot chocolate. My son love the Tron room for the lights, My oldest daughter love the lilo and stitch room because of the bathroom and naturally the smaller love Mickey and Minnie. My sister and her daughter enjoyed the King suites. Modern appliances. Again home super clean and organized. Host was great quick to respond willing to answer any questions you may have. Parking is a must we saw why you should stay off the lawn an be respectful of the property because other visitors we parked everywhere. All on the grass side walks its truly a first come first serve on the street for anyone driving more than two vehicles."FYI for parking if you don't allow it at your house dont do it at some else" We would definitely stay again. This house is EVERYTHING
"This house is EVERYTHING that all AIRBNB's should follow. There isnt one thing needed when you arrive except to stock the fridge. That has been my biggest complaint when traveling. Towels - not enough. Trashbags...none. Toilet paper, 1 roll, no cleaning supplies, just always something missing. Coffee maker, no coffee. Not only do they have all of this - they have it all organized to a T! They are great hosts, its extremely clean. The pool is super clean, hot tub is amazing (GETS REALLY HOT) and it cycles into the pool which gives you perfect swimming weather at night. AC is amazing, tons of space. Everyone and the kids loved it! We will be back!"
