its turtle season from March to October. It's magical to see Mama turtles come back to the same beach to lay her eggs, or the hatchlings make their way to the water

Great Stay in Cocoa
"This property is amazing and is everything that its advertised to be. It was probably one of our top VRBO stays ever. House has everything you need, host is very accommodating, location is secluded but near everything you need and we saw the most amazing sunrises, sunsets, moonrises and setting of the early morning moon (we were lucky enough to be there during a full moon). All you need is a good pair of beach sandals, swimsuit and some sunscreen. We were pleased to find beach chairs, canopy for the beach, kites, boogie boards, surf boards, beach toys, beach towels, footballs, hammocks in the trees, board games for the evenings, a live bunny residing in the bush, cool lizards skirting around that the kids loved and probably a few things we didn't even have time to enjoy. It was ideal for a day excursion to Kennedy Space Center (KSC) which was amazing in itself (albeit crowded). The kitchen had everything you need to prepare great meals, have great coffee and the outdoor grilling area is superb. If you're in need of a place on the Space Coast for the family, this is it. Hope everyone takes good care of the place because the owners have done their part in providing everything guests will need."

Wonderful property!
"The best vacation home we have rented so far and we have rented many. The house was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The location was perfect for us. It was close enough to downtown Cocoa Beach but far enough away that the beach was all ours. We didn't have anyone within 100 yards of us on the beach. The hosts were superb and very helpful with everything. We would definitely stay there again if in the area."
