"Stayed here for the second time and just like the first it didn't disappoint. The house is clean and well equipped, neighborhood is gated and safe and attractions are close. Duane and Tina are the most attentive hosts you could possibly come across and their rating shows it. We have 6 of us this time and plenty of room for everyone. I personally have no desire to ever stay on property when we could stay here and be much more comfortable."

"The CR Getaway has tons of space for a big family with all the kitchen supplies you need to cook meals. It is close to Disney and other major attractions. We enjoyed the plunge pool and resort pool. We had a wonderful stay!"

Family Vacay!

"What a great location for a busy family. During our six night stay we put a puzzle together, swam in both pools, visited two beaches, rode rides at Magic Kingdom, went to Olde town for a magic show and Tampa bay stadium. The beds were great, cooking food to save money was amazing. And most of all relaxing and creating memories happened! This house is central to all Disney Parks, Walmart and FUN! Petrick Party of Six will be back!"

"One of the reasons that I felt comfortable renting CR Getaway was the extremely quick response. I had a lot of questions and Tina & Duane were so kind and expedidious in their answers. The townhome is beautiful, spacious and extremely well stocked. The community pool was wonderful with its resort feel and 2 hot tubs and the food and drinks poolside are excellent. But we really enjoyed the ability to cool off in our own splash pool and watch the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. This townhome is located in the perfect area in the community. A short walk from the community pool while being on a lake to watch wildlife everyday or take a stroll around. And it's within a half hour of any major attraction. Don't hesitate to rent this unit. You won't be sorry!!"

"Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close to Disney and universal. The home is immaculate and has all amenities you would need. Beautiful pool and club. My grandchildren enjoyed the movies that were shown in the clubhouse theater. Duane and Tina were quick to answer any questions that arose. Don't hesitate to book this home. We will definitely stay again when in the Kissimmee area."

"We certainly enjoyed our stay at Four Corners! We had a small hiccup upon arrival but the owners had it immediately corrected. The house was perfect for our traveling party if 8 adults. The house was clean and is located in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were plenty spacious. The location of the house is great for getting to WDW parks. We had no troubles getting to and fro. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great 7-night stay at this lovely home. The host, Tina, is friendly, on the ball and responds very promptly to questions and queries. The home was very clean and well-presented and there was always plenty of available parking (we brought three cars). We didn't use the resort facilities at all since it was so nice to just hang out in the house and enjoy the back yard pool. Our only negative experience was that the wifi in the home was inconsistent and constantly required resetting manually. But we always managed to get it going in the end. Other than that, everything was as we expected and more. Thanks Tina and Duane."

"This property was simply amazing !! Beautiful, well kept and location to Disney was perfect. The resort was beautiful and community pool and extras were awesome ! I especially loved the private pool we had and all of the information they left for us to help us know our surroundings. I went with my autistic son and other family members cause he wanted to see the Disney's 50th anniversary castle and fireworks. He loved it ! I would also like to thank the hosts Tina and Duane for the cooler bag that was left as a gift to us. I also enjoyed reading the guest book that was in the house for guest to write down their experiences. I highly recommend this property "

"We enjoyed every part of our stay at Paradise Palms. The amenities were great plenty of activities for both adults and kids. We loved the close proximity to the main pool and hot tub and when we didn't feel like going anywhere, the kids enjoyed the plunge pool! Disney was a short trip away as well. There was enough space for our group of 9. The host provided linens, dinnerware, pots/pans, high chair, pack n play, stroller and more. Tina and Duane were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Highly recommend this property!"

"Everything was top notch with our rental and the location. Our only qualm was the inconvenience of access into resort and into the community center. We have stated at this resort in the past. It would be nice if they allowed access into the other gate entrances into the resort once you have checked into main gate. The self serve side was inoperable on several occasions, so having to wait in line for people to get checked in was inconvenient. Also the side gates to the pool used to be open which was convenient, especially because we could have easily walked in from the side gate as in the past. Other than that, the facility was great, and so was our townhouse. One suggestion (as I would suggest to all str's) is to provide an air fryer as it makes cooking simple, especially when you are exhausted from vacationing, and alot of people use them these days. All in all, great experience!!!"

Clean, convenient and comfortable

"Overall this was a very nice rental property. Super clean, comfortable beds, and a good location. Grocery store very close by. The small store at the clubhouse sells essentials if you need milk or eggs or forgot a toothbrush. Nice neighborhood to walk around with a boardwalk through the wetlands. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property if we are in the area again! The only possible area for improvement is the kitchen - while clean and adequately equipped it would be nice to have more glassware (specifically glasses). There were only 4 and the remainder of the cups were plastic. Great for using on the patio, but indoors it is nice to drink from a real glass. Just a suggestion. Also the owners were super easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!"
