Florida Villa Days is luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with an open plan design which has been upgraded in November 2017. We maintain the villa to a high standard. We not only see the villa as a rental property, but as our home in the sun. We therefore take great care in the small details that make a house a home. We have our kitchen granite worktops along with a new family bathroom, new carpets, matresses and sofas. The villa benefits from high speed WiFi throughout including the pool deck area which is free of charge to our guests. Bookings can be made through our website Floridavilladays.com. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due ten weeks before the date of arrival at the villa. Bookings made within ten weeks of departure are payable in full at the time of booking. A security deposit against loss or damage of $300 per week is required no later than one week before your vacation. If paying through Floridavilladays.com, this will be done via credit card hold/charge within 5 days of your arrival. All paid prepayments are non-refundable.Once confirmed, you may cancel the booking at any time subject to the clauses detailed below. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment has not been received in full in accordance with the conditions set out in the booking procedure and payment terms stated above.
