Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Owner within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than sixty (60) days before check-in and any deposit received by Owner shall be refunded to Guest minus a $100.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than sixty (60) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Owner reserves the right at Owner’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Clean, fully equipped and a great view
"My wife, two kids and mom stayed in this condo. It is just steps away from the beach and Crabby Joe's - one of my all time fav restaurants. It was super clean, had all the beach accessories we needed and parking for the car. The hosts were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone. I'll be staying here again."

Neautiful place to stay in Daytona Beach Shores!
"This rental property suited our needs perfectly. The condo is immaculate, very comfortable and spacious. Being on the second floor made access to the beach and swimming pool very easy. We traveled with a toddler and a baby, this is perfect for families! The owners were very accommodating and even bought a second playpen for us to use. They were also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The location is very good, the beach, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, it's all right there! I would highly recommend this property!"
"We stayed in the O'Connors condo in February 2022. We enjoyed their condo and it's beautiful view. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We've stayed in Daytona many times. Their place is very clean and the building is brand new. I had one special request before we stayed and they had no problem accommodating me. Everyone was very nice and communication was very easy."

"My family had the best time! The owners provided everything we needed for a hasslefree, relaxing vacation. The beach access was so convenient as was the pool and hot tub. I love that the balcony overlooks the ocean and the pool. Having Crabby Joe's restaurant on the pier right on the beach next to us was awesome!!! I look forward to booking with these owners again and again!!!!"
